2. Local Data Processing

The sole purpose of Recall Notifi is to log notifications you receive on your Android device. This data is processed entirely locally:

• Notification content is stored in a local encrypted database on your device.
• Data is encrypted at rest using Android Keystore hardware-backed encryption where available.
• You retain full control over this data, including the ability to export or delete it at any time.

3. Permissions

The app requests only one permission necessary for its core functionality:

• Notification Access: Required to listen for incoming notifications and save them to your local history. This permission is used solely for local logging and never to transmit data off-device.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties. Because all data remains on your device, there is no mechanism by which we could share it. The app contains no third-party analytics libraries, advertising networks, or cloud service integrations.

5. Children's Privacy

Recall Notifi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that raises concerns, please contact us.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You control how long notifications are retained through the app's retention settings. You may configure automatic cleanup intervals (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, or indefinite). You may also manually clear all data or uninstall the app at any time, which will permanently delete all locally stored notification history from your device.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored on your device. The local database is encrypted, and the app does not expose your data to other applications. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your device.
